Through his Project Manager and Product Support Engineer roles at Adobe, Abbo was a strong customer advocate, representing their needs on product development and company-wide project teams. He gained insight into the important balance between customer needs and business goals, with success coming from the right balance between the two. As the Internet developed, Abbo turned his attention to web sites. Knowing how strongly a site represents a business, he recognized that others could benefit from his customer perspective.
